Posting to buy sell or trade ...

When you are posting something to buy sell or trade peopl elike pictures. This alleviates the need (for the most part) of dragging it in and home for a prospective sell.
We currently have a set limit of no more than 12 on attachments that may be modified if needed.

To post a pic, once you get to the "New Topic" screen, add your Subject line and the body of the message.
Then click at the bottom left where it says "Additional Options...".
In the line that starts with "Attach" click on the "Browse" button and find the picture located on your hard drive, thumbdrive, camera SD memory, etc.

This will load the picture to the server. ***KEEP THIS IN MIND*** THIS EATS UP SPACE***
So, before loading your picture, it would be really great if everyone would check the size of their picture (perferably in a small amount of kilobytes) or it may say "12,123 bytes", which is 12 kilobytes, that is good, Anything that is over lets say 500 KB is BAD. This will make us have to either resize or delete the picture. Remember that a good or eve great picture doesnt have to be ginormous, it is only to giver a person that is buying an item a picture(s) to go off of so you are on the same sheet of music. In that same respect, if 7you want to post that you want to buy something specific, you may want to post a picture something close to give an idea of what you are looking for.

As an example I attached a picture in JPG format that is only 15.5 KB.

This is relatively small in size but is sharp and viewable.
Pictures are shown as thumbnails. Click on the pictures to see them in their full size.

Play with the different sizes of the pictures and remember that the pics do not have to be 3D holographics, Virtual representations, they just have to be reasonably viewable.
